Shipping questions
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
United States and Mexico Shipping: We offer free UPS Ground shipping for U.S. and Mexican orders, with delivery typically within 1–5 business days. For expedited delivery, we offer UPS 2nd Day Air for $20.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship only to the United States and Mexico. For orders to Mexico, please ensure you select the “MXN” site for accurate pricing and shipping options. Import taxes and duties will be applied to all shipments to Mexico and are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I track my purchase?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number for easy tracking of your shipment.
Returns questions
Do you accept returns?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
- For returns of full orders, any free gifts must also be returned.
How do I return my purchase?
To initiate a return, visit the “My Account” section and download the return form, or use the return form included with your package.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Once the returned item(s) are received, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 30 days.
Damaged of Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@kiolal.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on your preference.
