Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.

For returns of full orders, any free gifts must also be returned.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Once the returned item(s) are received, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 30 days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at customercare@kiolal.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on your preference.
